On Site Software Application
Are you interested in an innovative and easy solution to showing customers their options right in your office? The on-site capability is an operational mode for the Visual Builder Imaging System that allows Visualize IT to install the system on a building professional's computer, giving them access to most imaging functions.  This feature provides you, the building professional, with an innovative way to showcase your products or services at your own office, showroom, or other site with local support and training from Visualize IT. Customer sales reps can also sit with their clients to show various product options that the client is interested in with convenient use of the system

Onsite License
The licensing rights to use the imaging system in an on-site setting are granted via Visualize IT and an On-Site Agreement form.  Visualize IT charges a fee for the on-site licensing. Single or multiple licenses can be purchased by building professionals.  The fee for each license includes a one-time, non-refundable charge of $50.00 for a system access key to be mounted on the back of the CPU(s) or laptop computer(s).   A monthly fee is also charged for use of the system based on the following...

• $75.00/month for the initial license purchased by the building professional
• $40.00/month for each additional 1-4 licenses purchased
• $25.00/month for each additional 5+ licenses purchased.

Custom Libraries
Our building professional customers typically use on-site imaging to showcase their products.  Thus, product libraries can be created that include the specific items you offer. Visualize IT will create your custom product libraries for you using sources of images that you provide to us.  These sources can be brochures, websites, actual material samples etc. 

Installation and Training

Visualize IT will install the software at your site and train you to use the imaging system.  The amount installation and training time will be determined by number of systems, number of employees to train, and computer skill level of the employees.

Support

Visualize IT offers a minimum of one hour of support per month at the rate of $50.00 per hour.  Additional support  is recommended, at first, and will be included in the On-Site Agreement, should you wish.
